📋 DaaS Rate Bands
Define lease rates per £1000 of capital cost, by contract term. Products are tagged with a band (or get a per-product override) so each line in a Samsung DaaS quote uses the right rate.
🎨 Partner Co-Branding
Customise how your proposals look to end customers. Partners signed in with a non-internal account can override these to generate co-branded PDFs bearing their own branding.

Connect your own distributor accounts (Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Westcoast, or any other) for live cost & stock lookups and price comparison in the quote builder. Keys are stored server-side against your account only — they are never shown again after saving and never shared with other partners. Only Managers can change them.
📎 Custom Document Types
Define your own document categories (e.g. Insurance Certificate, Data Processing Agreement, GDPR Addendum) to use when attaching documents to any order. These appear in the 📎 Docs uploader and can be ticked as required documents in any quote template's Order Workflow tab.
✍️ Authorised Signatory (Managed Services Agreement)
A standing countersignature applied to every Managed Services Agreement so your side is executed automatically. You can still override per-contract via the "Countersign" button on any order.
